Armor: When worn, the diamond chestplate's sleeve has a distinct model.

Conduit: Is bigger.
Coral Fan:
Drowned: Have a 3D outer texture layer, and
Entity: Entities on fire have an orange-yellow tint and an exclusive particle, feeding mobs makes the corresponding food particles and plays a sound and hurting a mob makes them much redder than in Java Edition.
Fish: Cod and Salmon wiggle tail further, have different swimming animations and Pufferfish wiggles tail, rather than fins.
Freeze Effect:
Ghast: Has bright eyes.
Heavy Core: Is smaller.
Lighting Rod:
Lily Pad: Are lighter in the inventory.
Magma Cube:
Minecart with Command Block:
Pillager: It has a flipped texture on the shoulder.
Player: and
Pointed Dripstone: Jumping on a stalagmite makes the falling sound and particles.
Rain and Snow: Are slightly inclined and vary in size.
Scaffolding: Has a different 3D model (in the inventory too) and has no lower face when it is placed afloat.
Seagrass: The block in the inventory looks different.
Short Grass: Varies in height.
Some Blocks and Items: Have different names from the Java edition. - Needs Testing

Tropical Fish: Has different names.
Water: β Still water displays a still water texture at the sides of glass blocks. β
